On-site cafeteria, on-site fitness center, library of low-end PlayStation games, free beverages. The majority of the engineers and middle-level management are great to work with.
Cons
The untouchable new "leadership" kills all desire to be productive as everyone is scared to open their mouth or make a wrong move. Any previous creativity has been replaced by fear.
