      - Fast paced and ever-changing. This could be viewed a "con" if someone doesn't enjoy doing something different every day! - Accelerated growth, which can be stressful. Having a resourceful and creative mindset is critical! - The sports industry operates during non-traditional business hours.

      Pros

      -decent benefits -good growth opportunities (but be ready to work) -lots of cool people to connect with -company is growing a lot and becoming more recognized

      Cons

      -leadership and direction are messy as the company has been prioritizing growth over improving the current divisions/teams -unfortunately the sports properties division is very misogynistic -company has been losing a lot of good people over the last few years and a lot of those losses were avoidable
