Great team undermined by inexperienced CEO - Production Playgig Employee Review

I was given the tools and support to experiment and ship meaningful features at Playgig.

The team is small; sure, but it makes it easier to work together and adjust direction without heavy process.

The office environment is creative, and I am given freedom to experiment and push ideas. Leadership is fairly involved in product vision, strong push towards collaboration and in office culture, use of modern AI tools, there is opportunity to have real impact and ownership. Good comp, nice perks like free lunches and team activities

Fast-moving startup environment, not ideal for people seeking a more corporate, predictable setup.
