At times there was not very good support from Administration

Paid monthly without fail. Health Insurance and benefits (although declining.)

Harassment/bullying of staff. Age discrimination against employees over 50 yrs. of age. Lack of positivity in administrative-employee relations relations. Extreme favoritism and clique orientated. Discipline a total joke. Educators not supported or given much credit. Generally employees are assumed guilty until proven innocent. Honesty and trust never rewarded, acknowledged or respected. Dedication, caring and respectful attitude, and leadership undermined.
