Pros
- Coworkers made the job fun - RTO…somewhat. Nice to have even though you’d be put on a guilt trip for using it - work from home opportunities
Cons
- management is horrendous. - low pay, compared to other companies in the field - lack of support from management - CSAT is low, which leads to angry customers, which leads to the job being very difficult and draining - management doesn’t listen to ideas, concerns, etc.
