      The full time work is based on securing third party contracts from the prime contracted vendor for the DOD. If there isn't and contracts secured there is no work= No pay

      -Flexible scheduling -Easy to request time off -Fun group of people

      -Really high volume, and some of the customers are really nasty -Don't see the owners very much
