      Employees are collaborative and want to do what’s best for customers - willing to work to common goals

      Cons

      Senior management is poor with communications and stuck in the mindset that being collaborative means sitting in meetings rooms for hours on end when you have other work to do - will sell you on benefits at interview and then backtrack on those once you’re in the role.

      Nice folks, decent pay at time, good experience. Clean workplace, emphasis on safety.

      Management could be better, but not bad. Always chasing customer deadlines, but that is to be expected
