Mostly hands-off managers — they give you directions but don't interfere after that, just let you focus on your work. Good pay and benefits.

      Pros

      Working here has given me the chance to learn how things work instead of just fixing bugs all the time. I have exposure to real systems – Oracle, SQL, ERP logic, reporting. Managers are willing to explain things, sometimes more than once. Support and collaboration are top priorities. I also like the perks – casual dress code, great facilities, gym, games room, kitchen, outdoor space, and more.
