      - The engineering team is a great bunch of people - Good work/life balance - Good benefits & compensation - Impressive engineering vision at the leadership level

      Cons

      - There's a decent amount of tech debt but we have plans in place to reduce it - RRSP contribution-matching still hasn't been rolled out
