I feel that my voice matters, and I am given plenty of room to express my won creativity within the team. The office is calm and quite, yet lively with conversations, music and occasional office celebrations. Personal touches at your workplace are encouraged, and it's fun to see everyone's personality! The flexibility in scheduling has been especially valuable for me as a working mom, and management genuinely understands the importance of work life balance , offering flexibility with remote days when needed. the benefits package, including the 401(k), is strong and very helpful for many employees.

At times, the amount of projects and tight can feel a bit overwhelming with such a small team. Over the last year, changes in management has also added some stress and communication issues, which can occasionally create challenges. However, this transition has been for the best overall and the team continues to adapt and work through them together.

Plum Paper got bought out by Avery Products and that acquisition has created the worst working environment I have ever been in. Micromanagement at every level, horrible communication, poor leadership, and the list goes on. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about their employees in the slightest, and any question or concern that is brought up is met with hostility and the conversation is then shut down.
