I get to travel to some cool places, and some of our customers are actually pretty amazing. The product does work.
Cons
Pretty much everything about this company. Every 5-star review on this site is fake and created or facilitated by HR to keep the ratings from plummeting. Fahri Diner is one of the worst CEOs I have ever worked for. He lacks any human element and compassion, treats employees like garbage, and makes his customers even worse. If HR asks you to stop attending meetings because you don't know how to speak to employees and are an HR liability, it says pretty much everything you need to know about a CEO who is clearly unfit to run this organization. He is only good at instilling fear into his employees or forcing them to do things they aren't comfortable doing because he is a bully and only leads by fear. Free trips to a cool place once a year doesn't make up for his terrible leadership and lack of compassion for his employees and customers. Please take a look at all the reviews you see on this site. All the 5-star reviews have 7-8 words to explain the pros and cons. All of these are facilitated by HR and fake reviews to lure you into thinking we are a good company, but my suggestion is run, run as far away from this place as you possibly can, and do yourself the service of keeping 10 years of your life by doing so from avoid the stress and nonsense that comes with this place.
