Disorganized management, next to no diversity in upper management, diverse talent is repeatedly under supported and skipped over for growth opportunities, very little opportunity for advancement in general, unclear HR policies and often rules are made up after a situation occurs, overworked and understaffed team members, not entirely sure what management is there to do as individual employees are often placed on an island and left to manage client relationships on our own while management takes credit for our achievements. They tend to pitch solutions they don't have to clients and expect staff to over work our selves to create them after the sale, compensation and benefits package is pretty poor, no 401k match.
