Cons
-the Executive team has made poor decision after poor decision over the last few years, losing essentially their two largest clients and being forced to layoff significant numbers of employees. -they laid off the two previous leaders of their employee Wellbeing program, a clear sign of how they perceive that program. -No room to further your career. Their is incredible bloat in the leadership, with more Directors and Executives than actual productive employees. -the most recent layoffs happened at the same time as they spent money on office remodeling, while the majority of the employees would rather work from home anyway. -there is a lot of talk about culture but very little action to cultivate a culture that actually reflects their employees
