We encourage them to share their honest experience as we want to make sure potential employees feel they have reliable, transparent information available to them in order to make a good decision to come to PlusDental.We do have freelancers supporting our team on projects critical to PlusDental overall goals. Our preference as a company is to prioritize hiring regular employees where it makes sense to do so (for example, on long-term projects). The large majority of recent additions to the team (over 90\% of employees hired in 2019) have been non-freelance employees.Again, we are sorry to hear about the negative experience and would really like to be able to use this chance to improve it.
