The company is very flexible in hours and work from home policies. Depending on what your job function is and what partners you work with, there may be some travel to some interesting places.
Cons
The company still has a ways to go in terms of culture. It's a small office that has a lot of cliches. One of the lead engineers is often condescending and this behavior is not corrected.
