first startup experience - Technical Support Engineer Pluto Health Employee Review

I've been working at Pluto Health supporting patient tickets and helping triage issues for the engineering team. I really appreciate how helpful andd motivated everyone is. This is my first experience woking at a startup, and I'm happy to say it has been very positive.

None so far, i don't think there's one right now.

I joined the company with limited healthcare industry experience, and the onboarding and training exceeded my expectations. The team is incredibly supportive, approachable, and always willing to help, which made the transition much smoother. There’s a strong emphasis on collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement, and I’ve been given opportunities to take ownership of projects early on. It’s a great environment if you’re looking to grow quickly and build new skills.

So far, I haven’t experienced any major downsides. Like any growing company, there are evolving processes, but I see this as an opportunity to contribute and help shape improvements.
