I'm assuming the organisation name change is trying to shake off the negative reviews ('Sodexo Milton Keynes') and I can only hope that the place is improving but if the same management structure exists then I'd imagine not. - A lot of passive and not so passive aggression from Heads Of and above - Confusing job titles i.e. - female directors reporting into male directors which subsequently making the exec board look like a gentleman's club as female directors are not in attendance due to the structure - Marketing director at the time has subsequently inflated his own job title to suggest he was a level higher for the duration of his employment - Heads Of (e.g. Heads of Sales) are probably a level lower in other comparable organisations, particularly in terms of people management abilities - Ideas from non-management are dismissed - The lowest employee engagement score I have ever seen in an organisation, and when suggested it needs to therefore be a priority to address, the idea was shut down until the CEO suggested the same at a later date.
