There is not any ladder to move up within the company, all jobs are hand picked by office management. So if your not a favorite/brown nose you will not move up. You will do multiple jobs while being paid only for one. They give an annual raise of 30Cents no matter the loyalty an dedication to the company. You will receive the same as an associate who has been there 90 days. Company Policy only is only upheld to certain associates. The only jobs that will be posted are the low paying jobs which nobody wants anyway. Just a dead end company. If your not a favorite, you will not be considered for promotion. Only promise you will have with this company is to suffer disciplinary action for any violation while others in higher positions will do the exact or even worse than you have.
