Pros
If your are ready to do jobs other than your current skill sets , signup otherwise do not even consider. The company will hire you for X role and in 2 months will ask you to be a part of Y pods. The team/pods keep on changing with zero clarity on what is the overall vision of that new pod. The task given are ATI random where you start questioning your own existence while you are in the middle of the chaos. Every team works in a silo; nobody knows what the role of other teams is. Management people with IIM/IIT degrees are being asked to lead a bunch of creative people. They don't listen to the creative people's vision/feedback and start dictating the terms. You finally give up on this everyday battle and surrender to your destiny.
Cons
Speaking about the destiny, each month you will feel like this will be your last month in this comany, as every other month they keep on firing employees without prior notice. You are always in fear of losing your job and hence even if they pay you on time each month , you don't spend that salary fearing, "What if they fire me this month?" so there is a zero safety net. They start with big projects under a new brand name and shelve them within the span of 3-4 months, making the hard work done by an employee for those 3-4 months negligible.
