      Supportive and caring culture that places a premium on helping teammates succeed. There is zero hierarchy. Every voice counts.

      Cons

      As a 100% remote company you have to work a bit harder to communicate and collaborate. It's not as easy as just walking down the hallway and poking your head into someone's cubicle or office.

      1) Transparent leadership 2) Flat hierarchy - everyone is empowered to be a leader 3) Clearly articulated values and mission 4) All hands on deck attitude

      Cons

      1) A 100% remote company makes it more difficult to develop bonds with colleagues. 2) Would be better to have more opportunities to get the entire team together.
