Super strong culture with so many doers who go above and beyond. Sales pipeline is flowing and the product is excellent. Scaling intentionally and no sign of slow down.

At this time there are none. It's a startup so you have to be prepared for the autonomy and sometimes little direction.

I finally get to be one of those people who say "I love my job". I work with a growing group of some of the most inspiring and innovative people I have ever met in my life. Pocus has an incredible, well liked product that continues to evolve. It sure is a privilege to be a part of it.

As a start up, the pace is faster than some might enjoy. However it's easy to contribute at the needed level when you are working with such great people striving for the same goals. Feedback and expectations from management have always been clear and fair.
