Each new director brings new direction so that previous initiatives are dropped and abandoned midway without ever being completed and used. Immense waste of resources => dev time => money. - Top leadership that do not know about software lifestyle directly involved in the software process. This leads to running and jumping in circles to develop small features so that on next review meeting to be ordered to be changed. Another waste of development time => money. - No professional grows opportunities. - Tons of overtime work on the evening, weekends, and holidays. Regardless how much time and effort you put in the products and company success, don't be surprised to be laid off on next round. Overall, Podimetrics is ship without captain drifting to wherever the wind will take it. Top directors are clueless how to run software company thus so much money has been wasted in vain without bringing results. If you have stable job you like, I strongly recommend to avoid Podimetrics.
