Pros
The most supportive and helpful team. Bar none! Every team member genuinely wants to see their peers succeed and any questions are answered/resolved almost immediately. I've worked most of my months in the most locked down city in the world and Podium does its best to regularly check-in on me and keep me accountable to my goals
Cons
The need to have an innate desire or hunger to succeed in a sales environment. There is a stronger emphasis on the topline, can add pressure and lead to struggle with attrition.
