Pros
The people are amazing and make this a career and a place I see myself being a part of for years to come. If you engage, you will definitely feel like family and it makes the position much fruitful and the income grow. Great work/life balance and I feel like I matter. They care about mental health and big on being a human being. Side note: As a remote employee, I feel close with my teammates and management which is a huge bonus .
Cons
Not a con but a suggestion: The trainings, recognitions, and engaging with peers really make the position more than trying to meet the goals. Some people can do one or the other but emotion and logic together are a force. Always ask questions, make yourself known, research and find role models. The rest will come.
