Pros
Amazing culture that includes absolutely everyone! There is a shared goal at Podium and they make sure everyone is there to achieve it. The management is 10/10 and navigated the team through a pandemic and multiple lockdowns! I can’t say enough good things
Cons
Podium is growing so quickly that sometimes the processes fall behind. They do ask for constant feedback and will rectify issues as soon as they arise
