Pros
I love my co-workers, and our team would do anything to support each other. When you succeed, we all succeed! Every other Wednesday we get lunch and that is def somthing to look forward to. The environment and culture of your coworkers really make the job worthwhile!
Cons
Sometimes I feel like management can gaslight us- If everyone is feeling stressed about case load, it's addressed as if the higher case count is a new expectation. Every 2 months, there is a significant change. Change can be good, unless you feel like you are alwasy playing catch up. I have anxiety, but have been able to self-manage for a long time. The fast work pase keeps you motivated, but it also makes my chest tighten.This job put me back on anxiety meds.
