Pros
Very quick promotion path, access to ample resources to hit and exceed quota, fantastic product that is always improving at a rapid pace, strong foothold in each of the core markets we sell into, top performers have the ability to double (or greater) their OTE
Cons
Not an incredible amount of resources that are put into performance management and growth, sometimes too quick of a promotion path (some reps that are newer to sales positions may promote before they are ready)
