      Pros

      The best thing about working at PointCentral is that you are able to make a difference to the company because you're encouraged to collaborate with different departments to bring about real results through meaningful projects. Another thing I love about PointCentral is the access I have to upper management, I regularly meet with the President of the company and cherish his mentorship. Finally, I love the culture, my teammates are down to earth and approachable and I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with every day.

      Start up feel but financial backup of bigger company. Chance to make an impact and contributions are listened to.

      Pros

      - Super supporitive team, if you ask for help you will get it. - Quarterly business reviews allow the whole company to connect 3 - 4 times a year. - Direct access to the president of the company really makes you feel like you're making a difference. - Great benefits!

      Cons

      - Every team conversation is dominated by the men trash talking and teasing. If you're a woman and you don't follow sports you're basically left out of every conversation. - The team is scattered across different time zones, be prepared to work at all hours. - Pay is just OK.
