Pros
The people are great though they don't stay long.
Cons
There used to be a fun loving culture here but it died a few years back. No strong leadership. The company has existed for alit more than ten years and there has been 5 CEO’s, three CTO’s, one VP of engineering, three VP of Operations, two VP’s of product, sales has turned over more times to count. Profits continuously drop each year. There is a lot of talk of better goals but they are never reached. Bonus’ only show up when the company knows it needs to reward its employees for busting their humps despite not meeting the companies unachievable goals. I believed in the company, the work being done, and loyal to my colleagues. Sadly the company keeps no loyalty to those who hard work or going the extra mile. Lots of promises about the staff being the most valuable commodity in the company but there is no investment in the staff. The majority of people leave because of burn out from being overworked or under valued. within one to two years.
