Twilight Zone - Don't Do It - Anonymous employee Pointivity Employee Review

Working here is like being in a family where the mom and dad fight in front of the kids all the time and then everyone sits down to dinner and acts like nothing is wrong. They (and their recruiter) will tell you that the negative reviews here are how it used to be but that things are much better. Though I think they may actually believe that, this simply is not true. First, they will drive you crazy in ways you didn't know were possible; then, they will drive you out; and finally, they will actively prevent you from being able to collect Unemployment and/or find a new job(!). The Sales ("Business Development"), Marketing, and HR "departments" all consist of one person each; and, for these three people, it may very well be a decent place to work. Ultimately, though, you have to be in a certain position, or be a certain kind of person, for this to be a *good* place to work. This was the wackiest, most exasperating career experience I have ever had! Please, do yourself a huge favor and just look elsewhere.
