Beware of a 10 year global non compete if you work in the engineering side. Meaning you can't work anywhere in the world in the same industry for a period of 10 years. The definition of a competitor is left to themselves. The company promises training in Italy but is never given. They promise a hike every year but it doesn't happen. They hire freshers only. Even after you leave you will still be a fresher because of the non compete. Quartz manufacturing is a very niche field you won't be applying anything more than your common sense here. No engineering skills or subjects are used here. Only come here if you're desperate for a job. If the increment happens then they pay you more than the market standard. You have to be mentally prepared that increment will come late by 6 - 12 months or sometimes it may not happen. No fixed hours. In addition to this, there is also a 10,00,000 surety bond for 3 yrs. Your parents need to stand as a surety for this. It means if you quit within 3 yrs you need to pay them 10 lakhs. USP of this company to attract talent If you quit within three years you need to pay us 10 lakhs. Once you quit you can't work for a period of 10 yrs in the same field. Remember one thing, when you graduate you may not have a student loan and you have no experience. After working for several years here you will have useless experience and you need to do one more degree and create an alternate means of livelihood. You need to use your own funds to fund a new degree the company won't pay anything once you leave.
