Pros
Team was friendly, inclusive, and helpful. Management was easy to work with when it came to taking time off. The site has a small company feel under the large company umbrella which made collaborating with other departments easy. We received merchandise through giveaways and raffles and had food catered for company wide initiatives. Profit sharing was a good perk.
Cons
High turnover rate across departments. When people were laid off or fired there was no explanation given by management and very little acknowledgment which created a tense work atmosphere. Microsoft Teams required on personal phone which felt like an invasion of privacy and produced feelings of always being on-call.
