Pros

One aspect of being a trafficking survivor is difficulty in finding stable employment; Polaris and the hotline do alleviate that pressure a little by making it easier for them to work here. The culture is mostly laidback, and you get out of it what you put in it

Cons

Failure by leadership to notice the writing on the wall when it came to financial stability of the organization. While the current situation is not entirely Polaris’ fault, rose-colored glasses and a lack of foresight led to multiple rounds of layoffs. Working here may not be stable, at least not for a while
