Horrible experience take a pass unless your desperate for a job! - Call Center Representative PolicyScout Employee Review

The training was 2 days! We were put on the phones without knowing how to use the system. The office is very loud, the headsets are old, the technology is lacking, break room is not nice at all! They only brew coffee in the morning and it is the worst coffee I have ever had! There’s only half hour for lunch and half hour for breaks from 9 - 5:30. You will be stuck at your desk all day taking cal after call.
