-In this restaurant they won't train you properly and they would want you to know and do everything right from the beginning (even if it's your first job). -Managers are inexperienced young people who don't stand up for the employees and would constantly get into fight with the staff members. -Closing/Opening shifts suck. They would take forever and managers won't teach you what to do. -if you make a mistake, expect to be scream at. -People are always quitting because of the treatment from the managers. -Managers would talk about you, and won't care if you are listening or not. -you would be wanted to help everyone in their job but nobody would actually help you. -Managers would blame the staff for every problem in the restaurant even the ones that are their fault. -Costumers are always right, and yeah they have the right to scream at you if you do something wrong. Your manager won't care anyway.
