Pros
High volume restaurant with plenty of labor hours, the new regional, district and training managers are insanely dedicated. I’m in training and I feel like I have a family of support. Benifits are good, bonus structure is fantastic and achievable. They increased my starting pay 5k over my old company.. which is a very nice compensation.
Cons
Regular employee pay is low and it makes it hard to find good hard working help for that kind of pay. Need to fix that ASAP
