Pros
Polygon was a good place to work. Friendly staff, great environment to work and great annual leave entitlement (you could purchase extra days). The training was good, however, they do need to have "trainers" and not just have anyone train you. Not very pushy and will allow you to work within your own competency.
Cons
Some of the best managers left, which made way for managers that really should have not been managers at all. However, they didnt last very long. Not much progression after claims handler, unless you want to move to different departments. Heavy caseload. Pay not good.
