Pay is not equal or transparent, a lot of favoritism and bureaucracy. Disconnected vision at the top. They're just acquiring companies and trying to monetize on their products without integrating their systems. A lot of ill suited C Suite individuals. No product market fit, outside of what the acquired entities offer.
