Pros
- Upper management is very nice and considerate. The director of quality is very flexible with working from home, leaving early, days off, buying lunch for us. etc.
- The quality team is awesome. They are all really nice helpful and fun people.
- Job is not too intense, can be stressful at times but mostly easy to manage.
- Company culture is decent. Groups might go to lunch together, but not a ton of hanging out outside of work from what I've seen.
- Opportunities for promotion (atleast within quality) I went from an intern to an associate in three months.
Cons
- No structure for training. This may be personal preference but I prefer a program that has a structured training program/plan. I was trained more sporadically whenever coworkers were available.
- Not busy enough. Once again personal preference. There was plenty to do in the overall quality department but I did not have enough assigned to me and grew bored easily.
- Lack of transparency about the day to day work in the interview process.
