They paid for my GSSK which was a great opportunity. The duty schedules are O. K. The Site Manager we have now is very kind, and our ATM SCOR is also a blessing.
Cons
Sometimes you get snitched by your employees for minor misdemeanors, but that can be considered normal in the security business. The company also likely "forget" to pay you the Sup. pay for no reason.
