Pros

We got occasional free gifting from brands.

Cons

Working at Ponte Firm was an incredibly difficult and draining experience. Upper management was completely unapproachable, condescending, and harsh in their interactions. Any attempt to discuss issues or concerns was met with dismissal or brashness, making the environment feel hostile and unwelcoming. Employees were expected to endure long hours and unreasonable demands, with no recognition or room for growth. Upper management takes responsibility and credit for all deals the talent managers secure. Despite the overwhelming workload, the company failed to provide fair compensation, as salaries were significantly below industry standards. Additionally, managers don’t receive commission, which only added to the frustration. The workplace itself was chaotic and unorganized, which made it impossible to effectively do your job. The lack of structure and clear communication only exacerbated the stress and anxiety that employees faced daily. When people tried to voice their concerns about being overworked, they were shut down—leaving no space for constructive feedback or improvement. What struck me the most was the complete lack of appreciation from the leadership. There was no incentive to stay, no perks to look forward to, and no clear path for advancement. It’s no wonder the company has already gone through over 12 employees in less than a year—the work culture is unsustainable, and morale is at an all-time low. Also, upper management tries to intervene on making meaningful connections with talent and brands thus making it hard for any employees to elevate their career. Most of the talent are stuck in legal contracts, so they feel trapped, and the overall atmosphere is one of frustration. I honestly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. It felt like a sinking ship, and after my time there, it’s easy to see why so many have walked away. If you're thinking about applying, be prepared for a toxic environment with little chance of personal or professional growth.

Pros

I’ve been with Ponte Firm for over three years and work in finance, which gives me a unique perspective on how the business operates behind the scenes. What has always stood out to me is how hard this team works. People genuinely care about the clients we serve, the talent we represent, and each other. It’s a fast-paced environment, but I’ve found the team to be collaborative, supportive, and committed to doing great work. I’ve also worked closely with our CEO and have consistently seen her lead with accountability, integrity, and a long-term mindset. She pushes the team to be better teammates and stronger advocates for the talent and brands we work with. Growing a business isn’t always easy, but I’ve watched her invest heavily in both the team and the future of the company. Because of my finance role, I also want to address the most recent review questioning the company’s financial integrity. Simply put, those claims do not reflect what I’ve seen firsthand and I am involved in everything finance. Financial reporting, accounting practices, and company obligations are taken seriously, and I’ve consistently seen a high level of professionalism and accountability in how the business is operated. Over the years, our financials have also been independently reviewed by multiple CPA firms, prospective buyers, and a third-party Quality of Earnings provider as part of M&A processes -- the books are dialed in. In the rare ocurrence, when a talent is under paid or over paid, it's resolved very very quickly. No workplace is perfect, and everyone’s experience is different. But from my perspective working in finance, I’m proud of the people here, the culture we’ve built, and the way the company conducts itself. The current team is filled with hardworking, talented people, and I continue to enjoy being part of it. And, i'll standup for it.

Cons

I honestly don't have much! The pace is quick, but I enjoy staying busy!

Pros

Ponte’s a great place if you like being around smart, driven people who take their work seriously but also have fun. Everyone actually caresj....about the work and each other—which isn’t always a given. The vibe is great, the business keeps growing, and the new senior leadership has been a big win. You get a lot of ownership and trust, which makes it feel like you’re actually building something. I'm a fan of the leadership and ceo. The team works very hard for the talent

Cons

It moves fast and expectations are high. have to work after hours
