      Flexi Friday, Hybrid Working (when allowed), relatively easy brainless work due to poor standards from incompetent management.

      Cons

      Toxic culture with rampant double standards for management, lack of any authentic company values, bullying regarding office presence to the extent that there is no real hybrid working, micromanaging and controlling behaviours rife. Expect to be treated like a worthless commodity.

      Bad organization sometimes,Not tranfer experiences after a project for another new projet. Many people for the same position. To many young engineer without experiences
