-Fast paced environment where you can get involved in everything from start to finish -Flexibility to manage your own schedule and be autonomous within your work -Opportunity to meet new people in your area -Lots of education on the CPG industry and Pop Up Grocer business model

-Short-term opportunity (wish there were more full time roles!) -Learning on the job isn't for everyone (good for fast learners, can be harder for others)

they are quick to hire which can also be a con.

No matter how much work you put in they wouldn't appreciate your work. I got cut after helping them set up their NYC store. I felt taken advantage of at that point. They obviously have some sort of favoritism with workers.
