The management treats workers like idiots and the working conditions are gross. There was a growing bug problem at my location but the franchisees did nothing to rid them. Raises are extremely hard to come by if you do not get a promotion. The owners only care about pocketing as much as they can while trying to brainwash its employees into thinking they can't afford to pay them more or provide healthcare. Management turnover is high due to them being treated badly and receiving low pay. There is also the stigma of being a fast food worker.
