      Pros

      Great food and the team members are usually a blast if you are in HS or College.

      Cons

      Long hours standing for little pay. You would be better off finding some job doing data entry or picking up phones. Always hot in the kitchen and can get hectic. profit driven culture over family culture and team members have no stake to give any care. Offer some stake in the company or just simply pay better/give benefits to part time if you want people to care.

      Great Coworkers Positive management team Worked my way up from crew member to shift manager to servsafe certified manager

      rude customers at times and got behind on making chicken which would make the customers upset.

      -family atmosphere -some days get good customers, some days ya get the bad. -busy so time goes quick. -the regulations from corporate are easy to follow and understand.

      Cons

      -horrible upper management especially in Sacramento area of Popeyes. -DMs who target anybody outside of their own race regardless of position. -lack of SUPPORT AND TRAINING.
