Very sad company to work for. Reason being I have learned every position in the store and still making 7.25. Every assessment I've been there and the only person that gets praise is the GM. The Assitant (10+ years combined exp.)only makes 9.75 and has more experience than the GM . It's, because of the District Manager. Our store has the lowest paid crew except for the GM which makes45k+ a year. How is that even possible for the Assitant to make little over 10k a year? Strange to me , but they need to check into that. DM has shift leader/crew-trainers which are all his family/friends making making 12hr-13.75hr.They do not believe in promotion at all.They rather hire someone off the streets with no exp. at all.
