Avoid at all costs - Cleaner Poppies Cleaning Services Employee Review

I’m struggling to find one.

This company does not care about their employees nor do they care about their customers. The are all about ripping off everyone involved. Firstly they charge a high price telling customers it all goes to their cleaners whilst in reality the cleaners get not a penny above national minimum. They offer bonuses wich are then not honoured. They ask you what areas and times you are willing to work and constantly give you jobs that don’t fit into your requirements. You are expected to do a thorough clean whilst they do not allocate enough time for the jobs. Prey on elderly by giving them more cleans than they need for the money. The fuel Payed back in your wage down not reflect the actual fuel usage taking you well below national minimum. This company refuses to pay final salary after working a notice. They have been reported and investigated by Acas ALOT of times by a lot of different cleaners for this among many other reasons. The list goes on and im out of characters to use (that itself speaks volumes) they are always hiring because they are always losing staff due to how they treat them. There are much better company’s that value their employees and this is not one of them, AVOID.
