Pros
Struggling to think of any at this point. Colleagues are great people, very loyal but evidently does not mean anything to the new cut throat Poppulo.
Cons
Since Poppulo have opened an office in India there has been a huge amount of layoffs. The layoffs are never ending. Eroding most of the legacy and technical expertise they once had. Vista Equity Firm want most of their engineers to be India based so they can pay less wages and therefore be more attractive to a potential buyer. It’s short sighted though because they are not doing what is best for the company.
