Pros

The partners are doing incredible work in their respective areas.

Cons

NKH is a lying narcissist. This entire organization has been recreated in a matter of a year as most of the strong, knowledgeable and dedicated staff walked out the door. What was already a toxic and demoralizing environment was exacerbated by the leadership style of the new CEO. Do not be fooled by what looks like a diverse staff, systemic oppression and racism run the place. Partners are undermined, and PAI takes credit for work they did not produce. Financials are opaque. CEO built herself an unnecessary corner office, purchased $10k artwork, foundations slashed funding. Criticism is rejected and punished. HR gaslights and corners staff. The board leadership was changed without staff knowing, and the new president is a friend of the CEO. She is limiting access to accountability. They continue to get away with lies and deceit, without tangible results for all the money they receive. Foundations should hold PAI accountable for all they are not doing. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PLACE unless you're interested in being a part of a high school mean girls circle.

The team is committed to the mission of PAI.

Cons

The work of PAI and its partners is sometimes challenged and the SRHR sector has to work diligently to continue the vital work.
