Production managers and supervisors generally do not offer the same growth opportunities to non-white employees as they do for white employees. Multiple BIPOC have expressed these concerns to. management, only to be ghosted, gaslit and pressured into quitting. Management generally does not adhere to the communication standards outlined in the employee handbook.
